Our priority is your happiness with your pieces! We offer exchanges of non-personalized pieces and refunds on a case-by-case basis via email. If you wish to request a refund, please send an email to Hello@Frannabellabeads.com for your request to be considered.

All personalized pieces are non refundable.

Items purchased during any sale can not be returned or exchanged. 

Frannabella Beads does not refund shipping costs for returned items; customers are responsible for all shipping costs.
